Is the phone interview required?

Yes. Every applicant must book a required 15-minute phone interview immediately after submitting the application.

What happens after I apply?

You will be sent to the interview calendar. After you book the required call, the XFG Team will review fit, licensing status, location preference, expectations, and next steps.

Are contracting, carrier appointments, or earnings guaranteed?
