No. XFG can provide licensing guidance for qualified applicants who are not currently licensed. Licensed applicants move into contracting and system setup after approval.
How does the Supported Model work?
XFG pays for your systems and your team’s systems. Compensation is approximately 60%–80%, depending on the applicable factors and contract.
How does the Independent Model work?
You pay for your systems and your team’s systems. This model offers 100%+ compensation and is best suited to experienced producers and builders seeking greater ownership.

The Supported Model is approximately 60%–80%; the Independent Model is 100%+. Compensation varies by model, carrier, product, contract level, production and other factors.
What training is provided?
XFG provides daily live training, live dialing support, structured mentorship and leadership development.
Are leads and systems included?
It depends on your model. XFG covers systems for Supported agents; Independent agents cover their own and their team’s systems. Lead access and expenses also depend on model and eligibility.
How does the advanced AI system work?
Agents begin on the basic system. Consistent performers can become eligible for at-cost fresh leads, AI texting, AI appointment booking and automation. Access is earned through consistency and performance—not guaranteed.
Is the opportunity fully remote?
Yes. Agents can work remotely, with offices and in-person community available in San Diego, Las Vegas and Louisiana.

No. Earnings are not guaranteed. Individual results vary based on effort, skill, experience, production, market conditions, carrier approval and other factors.
Is this an employee position?
No. This is a performance-based independent contractor opportunity. Agents are responsible for meeting licensing, carrier and business requirements.
