These terms govern your use of XFG Careers and participation in the X Financial Group application process.

Informational purpose
The site provides general information about potential opportunities with X Financial Group. Site content is not an employment offer, independent-contractor agreement, carrier appointment, promise of compensation, or guarantee of selection.
Opportunity structure
The opportunity advertised on XFG Careers is a 1099 independent-contractor opportunity available nationwide on a remote basis or, for qualified producers, from the Carlsbad corporate office. It is commission-based and is not an offer of employment. Exact eligibility, duties, schedule, compensation, commission, licensing, expenses, technology access, and other terms are governed by applicable written agreements.
Application and interview
Applicants may indicate a preference for nationwide remote work, the Carlsbad corporate office, or either setting. Every applicant must book the required 15-minute phone interview after submitting. Submission and interview do not guarantee advancement or selection.
No earnings guarantee
Compensation and earnings are not guaranteed. Results vary based on individual activity, skill, production, product, carrier, contract level, persistency, market conditions, eligibility, and other factors. Written agreements control if they differ from general site content.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit false or unlawful information, attempt unauthorized access, or use site content in a way that infringes the rights of X Financial Group or others.
Third-party services
The application and scheduling process may use third-party services. X Financial Group is not responsible for the availability or independent terms of third-party platforms, although the XFG Team selects them to support the application process.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, layout, and materials are owned by or licensed to X Financial Group and may not be reproduced or used without authorization except as permitted by law.
Disclaimer and limitation
The site is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. X Financial Group does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from site use to the extent such limitations are permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms or the opportunity information. The effective date above identifies the current version.
