Information we collect
We may collect information you provide when exploring or applying for the 1099 opportunity, including your name, email address, phone number, state, preferred work setting, licensing status, communications consent, and information you choose to share during follow-up conversations.
How we use information
We use applicant information to review interest and qualifications, communicate about the 1099 opportunity, schedule the required phone interview, administer the application process, comply with legal obligations, protect the site, and improve the candidate experience.
Service providers
We may use service providers for website hosting, application intake, scheduling, communications, analytics, security, and related business operations. These providers may process information only for the services they provide to X Financial Group and subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Communications
If you provide a phone number and consent to application-related communications, X Financial Group may contact you by phone or text. Consent is not a condition of applying. See the Communications/SMS Terms for details.
Data retention and security
We retain applicant information for as long as reasonably necessary for the application process, legitimate business purposes, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. We use reasonable safeguards, but no transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP and may request help by replying HELP. You may also ask the XFG Team during the application process to update or correct information you submitted, subject to applicable law and recordkeeping requirements.
Children
XFG Careers is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. Do not submit an application if you are under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site and application process change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
