Communications/SMS Terms
These terms apply when you consent to application-related calls or text messages from X Financial Group.

Program description
Application-related communications may include confirmation that information was received, reminders to book or attend the required phone interview, responses to applicant questions, and updates about next steps for the 1099 opportunity.
Consent
By checking the communications consent box and submitting your phone number, you authorize X Financial Group to contact you at that number by call or text, including through automated technology where permitted by law. Consent is not a condition of applying or being considered.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your application activity and communications with the XFG Team. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out
Reply STOP to a text message to opt out of future text messages from that program. You may receive one final confirmation of your opt-out request. Opting out of texts does not prevent non-text communications where otherwise permitted.
Help
Reply HELP for help. You may also raise communications questions with the XFG Team during the application process.
Eligibility and supported carriers
You must be at least 18 and authorized to use the phone number provided. Delivery is subject to your carrier and device. Not all carriers or devices may be supported.
Privacy
Information collected through application-related communications is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms as the communications program changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
